Role Description We are looking for 5 news lawyers to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role in Bogota, Medellin, Cali, Santa Marta and Cartagena. The Lawyer will advise foreign clients on Colombian legal matters, draft and review contracts and legal documents, and represent clients before local authorities and institutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing case files, participating in client meetings, and coordinating with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality service.



The Lawyer will also help clients understand Colombian legal procedures, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications
• Strong legal research, analysis, and drafting skills in civil, commercial, or immigration law.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to explain Colombian legal concepts clearly to foreign clients.
• Client service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple cases, deadlines, and documentation with attention to detail.
• Law degree and valid license to practice law in Colombia.
• Prior experience working with international or foreign clients is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office setting and adapt to a multicultural environment.
• Ethical judgment, confidentiality, and commitment to professional standards.
