TMF Group is looking for an HR Associate to support our HR Operations team. This role is idóneo for early‑career professionals who are eager to grow in Human Resources, gain exposure to international HR processes,

Key Responsibilities
• Support daily HR administrative activities related to Joiners, Movers, and Leavers
• Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining employee records
• Update and manage HR databases and systems (e.g. SAGE)
• Prepare, amend, and organize HR documentation such as employment contracts, addendums, and letters
• Communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Generate HR reports as required
• Assist with payroll input preparation and support other HR functions
• Proactively manage assigned tasks using digital workflow tools
• Prepare requested documentation on time, following established procedures and standards
• Ensure quality and accuracy in all deliverables
• Support the completion and tracking of training assessments
