That's where you come in.
At Queen Catalina Medical Tourism, we believe great patient experiences begin long before the first appointment. We're looking for a Business Development Representative who knows how to build trust, ask the right questions, and turn initial inquiries into meaningful patient relationships.
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective patients, helping them feel informed, comfortable, and confident as they explore their options with our surgical team.





What You'll Do• Connect with prospective patients. Respond to inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, our website, and patient referrals.
• Get to know their needs. Ask thoughtful questions to understand their goals, concerns, expectations, and readiness to move forward.
• Book consultations. Help qualified leads take the next step by scheduling appointments with our surgeons and making sure they know what to expect.
• Stay in touch. Build relationships with prospective patients who need more time to make a decision. Consistent, thoughtful follow-up is a key part of the role.
• Work with international patients. Communicate with patients in Colombia and abroad, particularly those based in the United States and Canada.
