Northbound Staffing is looking for an experienced Recruiter to own full-cycle talent acquisition across LATAM and US markets—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates for our growing portfolio.

? 100% Remote — Nicaragua, Venezuela, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru, or Argentina
? Full-Time | Monday–Friday | US Business Hours
? USD 800–1,400 per month
?️ English B2+ and native Spanish required

This is a dedicated talent acquisition role. We’re looking for candidates whose experience is focused on recruiting, with verifiable experience hiring for both LATAM-based and US-based roles.
