About This Role

Join KairosIT as a Finance & Procurement Coordinator and play a pivotal role in managing our purchasing, client quoting, and accounting activities. You will ensure that our financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled, supporting the seamless operation of our finance department. As part of our team, you will source and manage hardware, software, and vendor services, and coordinate closely with our Client Success Managers to create and manage client quotes. You will also handle accounts payable, billing, and receivables, ensuring that all financial records are complete and reconciled on schedule. Your contributions will directly impact the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, making you a key player in our success.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3 years of accounting experience,



including accounts payable, bank and credit card reconciliations, and month-end close
• Working knowledge of accrual accounting, general ledger coding, and journal entries
• Experience with procurement, purchase orders, vendor management, and inventory tracking preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
