About us
Elite Growth Partners is a B2B growth agency. We help boutique consulting firms in the US win new clients without relying on referrals and luck. We build their offer, run their ads and outbound, and book their sales calls.
We only take on 6 firms per quarter. Demand is growing fast. We need a sharp SDR to fill our clients’ calendars with the right conversations.

The role
You’ll run outreach and book qualified sales calls for our clients. These are high-ticket deals, from $100K to $1.5M, sold to senior decision-makers at US companies.
You won’t be stuck selling one product to one market. You’ll work across several client campaigns, learn different industries, and get very good, very fast.

What you’ll do
• Run outreach to senior executives and business owners on behalf of our clients
• Respond to inbound leads from our clients’ ad campaigns within minutes
• Follow up by email, LinkedIn and phone until you get a clear yes or no




• Qualify prospects and book them onto sales calls
• Re-engage cold and past leads with structured follow-up
• Keep the CRM clean so nothing slips
• Share what you hear from prospects so we can sharpen each campaign

What you get
• USD $2,000 per month base salary
• 1% commission on every closed deal. Our clients’ deals range from $100K to $1.5M, so that’s $1,000 to $15,000 per deal.

Who you are
• 2+ years as an SDR or BDR, ideally in B2B services or agency work
• You’ve booked meetings with founders, business owners or executives
• Fluent, confident English, written and spoken
• You pick up the phone without hesitating
