What You'll Do

We are seeking a results focused sales professional to help lead our sales efforts in the Western Region. IronRidge sells through a distribution network and the Territory Manager is the point person between our distributors and the company.

In this role, the relationship-oriented Territory Manager will manage and direct the day-to- day execution of our sales activities with installers and our distribution partners. As a Territory Manager you are motived to develop your distribution partners by engaging installers,



EPCs and others resulting in continued partner growth in your respective market.

• Cultivate new and lasting relationships with local and national installers while moving the sales process through our distribution network
• Develop and expand relationships with existing distribution partners and end users (installers)
• Create a strategic, regionally focused sales plan that delivers results
• Concisely convey the value proposition of IronRidge and its superior product offering
• Motivate our distributor’s sales organizations to increase their share of IronRidge as a percentage of sale with our new products, services, and tools
• Train our distributors and end users on the features of IronRidge products with a focus on their value
• Manage the entirety of the distribution relationship including channel conflict within the region
