You'll prepare accurate quotes, negotiate with vendors, and keep every open opportunity moving forward. About the role
You will report directly to and support our Sales Lead, handling quoting and negotiation end to end, plus any follow-ups and tasks she assigns. This is an initial trial period,



and impact on productivity will be monitored.

Responsibilities
Quoting & negotiation
• Review customer inquiries and determine the right products and pricing for each quotation.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotes in a timely manner, modifying them as needed.
• Conduct cost analysis and negotiate pricing, lead times, and special requests with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all quotations and related activities.

Vendor chasing
• Send RFQs to vendors and follow up on prices, lead times, and special requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Gather information from other departments (sales, shipping) as needed.

Quote follow-up
• Contact every open quote on a fixed rhythm.
• Flag quotes that are ready to close and pass them to the Sales Lead.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide additional information as needed.
