We're seeking a dynamic Senior Data Engineer Lead to be part of our innovative team If you excel in data architecture, AWS, Databricks, and possess strong leadership skills, we want you on board ?
Responsibilities:
• Spearhead end-to-end data architecture projects utilizing Databricks technologies such as Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
• Evaluate and optimize AWS services for performance and cost-effectiveness, comparing Databricks with native AWS services like SageMaker and EMR.
• Implement FinOps strategies on Databricks for efficient cost management and oversee model governance processes.
• Utilize optimization fundamentals to design an investment optimizer and provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements:
• Proficient in Databricks architecture, AWS, and data governance practices.
• Experience with FinOps, model governance, and optimization techniques.
• Strong technical leadership skills including architecture design, code review processes,



and metrics tracking.
• Fluent in Spanish for client interactions and capable of producing documentation in English.
• Background in CPG/trade-promotion/retail environments preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA BW as a data source is a plus.

Nice-to-have:

• Fluent in Spanish for client interactions.
