Job Title: Regulatory Data Administrator Coordinator
Location: Bogota, Colombia – 100% Remote
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Indefinite-term contract)

Responsibilities
• Enter and maintain product information in Veeva RIM Vault and related regulatory information systems.
• Perform routine data entry, quality control, and reporting for the Regulatory Affairs CMC team.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy,



and consistency of regulatory data and data structure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet deliverables and timelines.
• Build and maintain required system skills through ongoing training.

Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault; RIM Vault experience preferred.
• Experience with data entry in complex information systems or EDC/data management platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Pharmaceutical, regulatory affairs, or life sciences data experience is a plus.
