Position Details• Position: Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant – Real Estate
• Employment Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor
• Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours per week

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant with previous real estate experience and hands-on experience with Keller Williams Command (KW Command) to provide administrative and transaction support to a real estate professional and their team.

This position is adecuado for someone who is highly organized, proactive, independent, and comfortable managing multiple transactions and administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize real estate transaction files and documentation.
• Handle contracts and transaction-related processes.
• Follow up on pending tasks,



documents, and deadlines to ensure each step is completed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in KW Command.
• Occasionally manage emails and calls when necessary.
• Use organizational tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.

Requirements• Previous experience working in real estate – Required.
• Hands-on experience with Keller Williams Command (KW Command) – Required.
• Experience with real estate transactions, contracts, documentation, and administrative processes.
• C1 level of English – Required.
