About the role
We’re looking for a Video & Photo Editor to create high-quality, on-brand visual content for our channels. You’ll turn raw footage and photos into engaging content with strong pacing and visual consistency. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and feedback is frequent.

What you’ll do
• Edit videos with good rhythm, clear storytelling, and a polished finish that matches our brand identity
• Edit and retouch photos for organic social media content
• Handle details like color, typography, lighting, and spelling so every piece looks consistent
• Turn around changes and revisions quickly
• Use AI tools to speed up your workflow without sacrificing quality
• Propose new ideas, formats, and improvements to our content
• Spot problems in the production process and suggest practical solutions

What we’re looking for
• Proven video and photo editing experience (please include a portfolio or reel)




• Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Photoshop or Lightroom
• A sharp eye for detail and visual consistency
• Comfort using AI tools in your workflow
• Ability to adapt to new priorities, tools, and ways of working
• A positive attitude and openness to feedback
• Initiative and a problem-solving mindset

Nice to have
• Experience with AI-powered video editing and generation (background removal or replacement, generative fill, AI upscaling, tools like Higgsfield, Runway, or Adobe Firefly)
• Motion graphics or basic animation skills
• Experience creating content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
