DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, Global Process, located in Bogotá, Colombia.





The Manager, General Process is responsible for leading a global team within Global Services HR (GS HR) that supports the design, governance, execution, and continuous improvement of Compensation and Benefits processes. This role serves as a key partner to HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Global Services, and business stakeholders to ensure the consistent delivery of scalable, compliant, and employee-focused programs and services across regions.

This leader will drive operational excellence through process standardization, data-driven decision making, service delivery performance management, and the successful implementation of global HR initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide compensation processes, lead complex change programs, support business transformation activities, and help shape the future employee experience across DePuy Synthes.
