We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead the commercial strategy, accelerate business growth, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical devices sales, team leadership, and strategic business development.

Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Health Sciences, or a related field.
MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, including significant experience within the medical devices industry.
Proven track record of leading highperforming commercial teams and delivering sustainable revenue growth.




Experience developing relationships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, government stakeholders, and executivelevel decisionmakers.
Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English proficiency written and spoken.Valid U.S. visa required.
Availability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
