Customer Service Back Office Agent
Job Summary
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Customer Service Back Office Agent to support daily administrative and customer service operations. This role involves handling customer inquiries, updating records, processing documentation, maintaining accurate data, and providing operational support to ensure an excellent customer experience. The idóneo candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in company systems.
Process and review documentation, forms, and requests.
Perform data entry and database management tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and operational issues.




Monitor assigned queues and complete tasks within established service levels.
Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Administrative Support, Back Office Operations, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
