Overview

You’ll lead the day-to-day support for performance marketing colleagues in Colombia. This role brings together people leadership, workload planning, quality oversight, and operational support across social media, marketing automation, web,



SEO/SEM, and related digital channels.
You’ll work closely with Marketing Studio leaders and regional partners to keep the team ready, aligned, and focused on consistent delivery. The role helps create a clear, supported environment where people can do their best work and where digital delivery runs smoothly.

How you'll make an impact

You'll provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support for Colombia-based performance marketing colleagues, helping foster employee engagement, accountability, career growth, and a high-performing team culture. You'll partner closely with the Marketing Studio Team Manager and Functional Leads on recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
