We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Intern to support our pricing team's daily activities. You will help track quotations, keep pricing records accurate, and make sure reports stay up to date. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international logistics and pricing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track quotations prepared and sent to customers, and record them in the relevant Excel file
- Keep quotation details updated, including costs, sales prices, assigned sales representatives, and acceptance status
- Coordinate with the pricing and sales teams to collect missing information and follow up on quotation status
- Assist with organizing and updating pricing agency rates
- Support the pricing team with daily operations and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (required)
- Based in Medellín and able to work from our office 3 days per week
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and comfortable following up with different teams
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, or pricing is a plus
