Location: Latin America – 100% Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | U.S. Pacific Time
Compensation: $10 - $13.00 USD per hour, depending on experience
We’re Looking for an Exceptional Negotiator
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal who is also an attorney/lawyer in their home country to support an established U.S. Personal Injury law firm.
Strong negotiation skills are a key requirement for this role. We’re looking for someone who is confident, persuasive, strategic, and comfortable negotiating with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and other parties.
The adecuado candidate understands Personal Injury cases and can use that knowledge to identify leverage, respond to pushback, and work toward strong resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with insurance adjusters and other parties
- Assist with settlement negotiations and case resolution
- Review case facts, damages, medical records, bills, and evidence
- Identify case strengths, weaknesses, and negotiation leverage
- Respond effectively to low offers, objections, and pushback
- Communicate with adjusters, attorneys, clients, medical providers, and other parties
- Draft demand letters, legal correspondence, and case documents
- Support Personal Injury cases from development through resolution
- Assist with discovery and litigation matters as needed
- Track deadlines and maintain accurate case records
Required Qualifications:
- Attorney/lawyer in your home country
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous experience with U.S. Personal Injury cases
- Demonstrated negotiation experience
- Strong understanding of Personal Injury case development and settlement
- Excellent communication and legal writing skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Availability during U.S. Pacific Time business hours
Strongly Preferred:
- U.S. Personal Injury litigation experience
- Experience negotiating directly with insurance adjusters
- Experience drafting settlement demands and responding to offers/counteroffers
- Experience with discovery, pleadings, depositions, or litigation
- Experience with U.S. legal case management software

You should be comfortable taking ownership of negotiations and confidently advocating for your position based on the facts of the case.
