Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Specialist in the Freight Brokerage industry. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks, tracking shipments, contacting carriers, retrieving documents, solving operational challenges, and ensuring efficiency. This role will involve significant collaboration with internal teams, fast-paced problem solving, and working with U.S. based companies to drive organizational success.

Requirements

- B2+ English level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- At least 6 months of experience in logistics (operations or sales). Experience in Freight Brokerage preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
- A reliable internet connection.
