Job SummaryWe’re hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in B2B outbound sales and high-volume cold calling.
This role is idóneo for someone who is comfortable spending a significant portion of their day on the phone, confidently engaging decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the sales team.
You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean, accurate, and well-organized CRM. We’re looking for someone who understands that excellent sales performance depends not only on activity, but also on disciplined follow-up, accurate data,



and consistent pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities• Execute high-volume outbound calling to B2B prospects and decision-makers.
• Prospect, engage, and qualify potential customers through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets, including call volumes, conversations, and qualified meetings booked.
• Conduct effective discovery conversations to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and buying potential.
• Handle objections confidently and communicate a compelling value proposition.
• Schedule qualified meetings and opportunities for Account Executives or senior sales team members.
• Maintain a clean and highly organized CRM, ensuring prospect information, activities, notes, stages, and follow-up actions are consistently updated.
• Manage follow-ups diligently so opportunities do not fall through the cracks
