Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and decision-makers.




• Engage prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Book qualified appointments and sales meetings for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
• Research prospects and businesses to identify relevant opportunities.
• Accurately record prospect interactions, notes, and activities in the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly activity and appointment-setting targets.
• Follow up with prospects through structured outreach sequences.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure qualified opportunities are properly handed over.
• Continuously improve outreach messaging, objection handling, and conversion rates.

• Previous experience inappointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales is preferred.
