We're looking for a confident, reliable Outbound Sales & Interview Agent to join our team and work with customers and prospects in the United States.

This is a remote, long term position for someone with native or near native English speaking ability , strong listening skills, and confidence on the phone.

What you'll do

- Make outbound calls to US businesses and individuals
- Conduct short phone interviews
- Qualify potential customers
- Ask structured questions and record responses
- Explain services clearly and naturally
- Handle basic objections
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Set appointments when applicable
- Keep accurate notes and call outcomes in our system

What we're looking for:
- Native or near native spoken English
- Excellent listening comprehension
- Clear and natural pronunciation
- Confidence speaking with US customers
- Previous BPO, call center, cold calling, appointment setting, outbound sales, customer service, or phone interviewing experience
- Ability to follow a process without sounding robotic
- Reliable attendance and communication
- Stable internet connection
- Quiet working environment

Compensation:
- Base pay:



$5 to $7 USD per hour
- Starting rate depends on experience, spoken English, interview performance, and previous outbound calling results
- All training and trial work is paid
- Performance bonuses are paid in addition to the hourly rate
- Bonuses may be based on qualified appointments, completed interviews, qualified leads, sales, or other measurable campaign results
- Bonus structure will be explained before each campaign begins
- Strong performers may receive increased hourly pay, larger bonuses, and additional responsibilities over time
- There is no cap on advancement for consistently high performing agents

Schedule:
- Approximately 30 to 40 hours per week
- Must be available during US business hours
- Exact schedule will be agreed upon before hiring
