Were seeking a detailoriented GL Legal File Clerk to support the creation and maintenance of General Liability GL claims files and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Complete all relevant information in the case management system after the Intake Team opens the preliminary case, including party information and incident details.
Set up initial case tasks and todos according to the supervisors instructions.
Download and upload digital claim files and key documents.
Download electronic case files efiles from the court clerks docket.
Review incoming claim materials and determine how they should be organized within the case management system.
Combine, save, and code documentation in the firms case management system following approved naming conventions.
Create and communicate discovery response templates shells to the assigned attorney.




Proactively communicate with team members and the Department Leader.

Qualifications Skills
B2 level of English.
Ability to navigate and work efficiently across multiple systems.
Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook, with intermediatelevel Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet established deadlines.
