Required Skills & Experience

- 2-3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, account coordination, or related roles.
- C1 level English proficiency.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or ticketing systems (or ability to learn quickly).
- Experience in a client or vendor facing role with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Strong communication skills across phone and email, with the ability to clearly guide customers through multi-step processes.

This role blends operational onboarding with responsive Tier 1 customer support—guiding properties from contract signature through locker installation and activation, while also serving as a primary point of contact for ongoing support needs.
