Are you experienced in Medical Records Retrieval, Medical Billing, Personal Injury, or Legal Support ? Join our team and support personal injury cases by managing medical records, provider communications, and case documentation in a fast-paced legal environment.

? Priority Location: Medellín, Colombia

? Schedule: Monday to Friday | Business Hours

? Languages: Advanced English (C1) & Fluent Spanish

? Education: Bachelor's Degree Required

Responsibilities

- Request and obtain medical records and billing statements from healthcare providers.
- Prepare and submit HIPAA-compliant record requests.
- Follow up with hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, chiropractors, and other providers.
- Review medical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain case files and medical records.
- Update case information in the case management system.
- Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and claims teams.
- Track outstanding requests and ensure timely document collection.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.





Must Have

✅ Bachelor's Degree completed.

✅ 1-2+ years of experience in Medical Records Retrieval, Medical Billing, Personal Injury, Case Management, Legal Support, or Healthcare Documentation.

✅ Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish.

✅ Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.

✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

✅ Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

✅ Experience handling confidential information.

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred

⭐ Experience in Personal Injury law firms.

⭐ Experience obtaining medical records from hospitals, imaging centers, chiropractors, and physical therapy providers.

⭐ Experience with PIOX, Sharecare, or similar records retrieval platforms.

⭐ Experience using Prevail or similar legal case management systems.

⭐ Knowledge of medical billing documentation and reimbursement records.
