Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Receptionist based in Medellín. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, greeting and assisting patients upon arrival, handling phone inquiries with professionalism, and performing general receptionist duties.



The role also involves utilizing medical terminology effectively and maintaining an organized and efficient medical office environment.

Qualifications

- Skills in Appointment Scheduling and managing patient bookings effectively
- Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and customer service communication
- Experience with Receptionist Duties in a professional or medical setting
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and concepts related to healthcare operations
- Familiarity with the functioning and organization of a Medical Office
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or a medical-related field are a plus
