Marketing Manager

Remote, LATAM

SweatWorks was founded to make technology relevant, accessible, functional and beautiful so that our partners can engage their clients like never before. We believe in embracing and using technology to solve problems, not create new ones. SweatWorks has grown from a boutique fitness agency into a leading technology firm that is creating some of the most innovative experiences for exceptional brands.

We are a force of digital strategists that create and implement extraordinary products for amazing clients. From startups to Fortune 500 companies, we work with clients to deliver digital solutions across web, mobile and all digital devices in between. From social networks to apps to complex content management systems, we have the capabilities to produce anything digital.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Home-office-based role, offering flexibility and comfort
- Up to 15 paid vacation days per year
- Up to 5 floating holidays to celebrate the days that best reflect your culture and traditions
- Wellness days to ensure a healthy work-life balance
- Competitive health insurance coverage
- Reimbursement of internet and gym expenses
- Opportunities to work with leading brands in fitness and wellness
- Collaborating with a dynamic and diverse global team

WHO THRIVES HERE You're a builder and a doer. You don't need a large team or perfectly defined process to make progress.

You're comfortable moving between creative thinking and execution. You can think about the customer journey, build the email, update the landing page, create the campaign asset, and make sure everything actually launches.

You're also comfortable wearing different hats. The needs of SweatWorks, Lifts, and Conquest Events won't always be the same, and you're excited by the opportunity to work across different audiences, campaigns, and channels.

You communicate proactively. In a remote environment, you understand that good documentation and asynchronous updates are part of doing great work-not an afterthought.

And most importantly, you're a team player. You'll be working across multiple brands and alongside people with different areas of expertise, so curiosity, flexibility, and collaboration matter just as much as technical skills.

ABOUT OUR HIRING PROCESS

2. Technical Interview
3. Job Offer

THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This is a full-time, home-office-based role joining our fast-growing team working in Latin America, with core hours aligned to Eastern time.

This is an idóneo role for a well-rounded marketer who enjoys both creative and technical work. You might spend one day updating a website or building a landing page, another creating campaign assets, and another developing an email journey, launching a paid campaign, or supporting an event.

You will be supporting marketing initiatives across SweatWorks and our portfolio of brands, including Lifts and Conquest Events. You'll work across a variety of marketing channels, which may include social media, email, events, paid advertising, and web. We're looking for someone who understands how these channels work together and, importantly, is comfortable getting into the tools and executing.

You'll work closely with teammates across marketing, sales, design, operations, and leadership. Because our team is distributed, we're looking for someone who communicates clearly, works independently, and is comfortable keeping projects moving through thoughtful asynchronous updates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Web & Digital

- Manage day-to-day website updates across SweatWorks, Lifts, and Conquest Events.
- Build and update landing pages for campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Work within content management systems and web tools to make content, layout, and design updates.
- Help maintain strong user experiences and ensure websites stay current, accurate, and aligned with each brand.
- Collaborate with technical resources when projects require more advanced development.

Lifecycle, CRM & Marketing Automation

- Build and execute email campaigns, newsletters, nurture programs, and automated customer journeys.
- Support lifecycle marketing across prospects, customers, partners, and event audiences.
- Segment audiences and tailor messaging based on where people are in their journey.
- Manage lead capture, forms, workflows, automations, follow-up sequences, and other CRM processes.
- Help maintain clean, organized customer and prospect data and ensure campaigns and workflows are functioning as intended.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
- Bring experience working within CRM and marketing automation platforms. Experience with GoHighLevel is a nice-to-have, but experience with comparable platforms and the ability to learn new tools quickly is equally valuable.

Integrated Campaigns

- Help plan and execute campaigns across social, email, events, paid advertising, and web.
- Coordinate messaging and creative across channels to create cohesive campaigns.
- Support organic and paid social programs, including campaign setup, creative development, and ongoing optimization.
- Assist with digital advertising campaigns and coordinate with internal or external specialists as needed.
- Support event marketing before, during, and after events,

including promotion, registration, communications, and follow-up.
- Track campaign results and help identify opportunities to improve performance.

Creative & Design

- Create and adapt marketing assets for digital campaigns, social media, email, websites, presentations, advertising, and events.
- Work within established brand guidelines while adapting creative for different brands and audiences.
- Partner with internal and external creative resources on larger projects.
- Bring a strong visual eye and attention to detail to everything you produce.

Marketing Operations & Execution

- Own projects from brief through launch, keeping stakeholders informed along the way.
- Coordinate marketing activities across multiple brands, campaigns, and priorities.
- Help maintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and performance reporting.
- Work collaboratively with a distributed team while being comfortable taking ownership and moving work forward independently.
- Provide clear asynchronous updates so teammates understand project status, decisions, blockers, and next steps.

YOUR SKILLS

WHAT WE REQUIRE

- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
- Based in Latin America and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
- Experience executing campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, email, events, paid advertising, and web.
- Experience managing or updating websites and landing pages.
- Strong working knowledge of lifecycle marketing, CRM, and marketing automation, including campaigns, nurture programs, segmentation, workflows, and customer journeys.
- Experience with one or more CRM or marketing automation platforms and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Experience with GoHighLevel is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
- Strong design instincts and experience creating marketing assets using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable learning and working across a variety of marketing technology, advertising, automation, and content management platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
