Howl Marketing is a B2B visibility partner based in NJ, serving clients nationwide. We help expert-led firms stay in front of their best buyers long before those buyers are ready to buy. Think CPAs, attorneys, financial planners, manufacturers, IT firms, and commercial real estate.

We don't sell one-off tactics. We run outreach, CRM, content, and SEO and AI search visibility as one connected system. Every post we publish has a job to do, and we measure it against pipeline, not posts published.

The Role

We're growing, and our content team needs another set of hands. You'll own the day-to-day of getting social content designed, scheduled, and live for Howl and our clients.

You'll work from templates and systems that are already built. Your job is to keep them moving, keep them on brand, and get better every month. If you're early in your career and want to learn how real B2B marketing works from the inside, this is the seat.

- Reports to: Content and Operations team

What You'll Do

- Design social media graphics in Canva using our brand templates, for Howl and for multiple client accounts.
- Schedule and publish posts through Sprout Social and similar platforms across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and Google Business Page.
- Keep the content calendar moving. Know what's designed, what's waiting on approval, and what's live.
- Track your work in Notion so the team always knows where every piece stands.
- Catch the small stuff before it goes out. Typos, wrong logos, off-brand colors, broken links.
- Pitch in on other content as we need it. Carousels, blog visuals, quote graphics, simple video edits, and first drafts of captions.

and why that system is what actually drives results.

What We're Looking For

- Some marketing experience (an internship, freelance work, or a first role) or a degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
- A strong design eye.

You understand spacing, hierarchy, and typography, and you can make it happen in Canva. A portfolio is required.

- Serious organization. You can juggle several client calendars at once without anything slipping.

- Attention to detail that borders on obsessive. In B2B, one wrong logo costs trust.
- Comfort with new tools. We live in Canva, Sprout Social, Notion, and Google Workspace.
- A real drive to learn. You ask good questions, take feedback well, and come back better the next time.

Nice to Have

None of these are dealbreakers. If you have them, great. If you don't, we'll teach you.

- Experience with social media for a brand or business
- Hands-on time with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or a similar scheduling tool
- An understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B platform, not just a job board
- Basic video editing in CapCut or Canva
- Curiosity about using AI tools to work smarter
