The Qualifications We Seek

What We're Looking For

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in freight, logistics, transportation, dispatch, or shipment tracking preferred
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage a high volume of shipments, calls, emails, and status updates throughout the day
- Persistence in obtaining information from drivers and dispatchers
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to recognize when an issue requires immediate attention
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong professional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence in frequent communication by phone with U.S. carriers, dispatchers, drivers, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and frequent changes while remaining organized
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Dependability, responsiveness, and ability to work independently
- Ability to work comfortably across multiple systems and customer portals
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)



and shipment-tracking platforms preferred

Preferred Experience
- Experience in U.S. freight brokerage or third-party logistics (3PL)
- Experience in truckload tracking or freight operations
- Experience in carrier dispatch or driver communication
- Experience in high-volume shipment tracking
- Experience with MacroPoint or similar freight-tracking technology
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Experience with customer shipment portals
- Experience in LTL tracking
- Experience in appointment scheduling
- Experience in POD and freight document collection

Schedule & Remote Work
- Full-time remote availability in Colombia to support the U.S. team
- Availability for planned or unplanned overtime and occasional weekend coverage as required
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Professional home work environment
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Consistent availability during assigned working hours
- Strong communication and responsiveness throughout the workday
- Strong remote-work discipline and ability to remain productive without continuous supervision

Your Daily Tasks

- Track active truckload shipments from pickup through final delivery
- Monitor a high volume of active loads throughout the day
- Contact drivers, dispatchers, and carriers by phone, email, and tracking systems to confirm shipment status
- Verify actual truck location, pickup status, delivery status, and estimated time of arrival (ETA)
- Monitor tracking tools such as MacroPoint and investigate unavailable, inaccurate, or interrupted tracking
- Provide timely and accurate shipment updates to customers and internal Operations teams
- Update shipment statuses, notes, ETAs, and other relevant information in the Transportation Management System (TMS) and customer portals
- Identify potential late pickups, late deliveries, missed appointments, tracking failures, and other service issues




- Escalate problems promptly to allow the Operations team sufficient time to respond
- Follow up consistently until issues reach resolution
- Communicate appointment or shipment changes to carriers and internal team members
- Assist with pickup and delivery appointment schedules as needed
- Obtain and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and other required delivery documentation
- Provide backup tracking support for LTL shipments and other accounts as needed
