Sargon Law Group is an elite law firm representing people injured by someone else. We cover car, truck, motorcycle, rideshare, pedestrian, and bicycle crashes, on-site fall accidents, catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims across Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico and Florida. Client communication is critical to the process. English written and spoken language skills are a must.

The Role

We need an experienced paralegal who can own a caseload from intake through demand, settlement, or litigation. The position is fully remote. Reliable internet and phone service are a must.

You will work with attorneys, department managers, clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers. The job is client communication, file organization, and moving claims to the best possible result. This is a job for those who can organize and tackle projects by priority.

What You Will Do

- Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation and litigation files, with clear status on every case.
- Contact clients regularly on treatment, records, appointments, deadlines, and next steps. Slow or unclear communication is not acceptable.
- Request, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, liens, and wage loss. Build a clean damage package.
- Draft demand letters, settlement packages, and correspondence to adjusters, providers, and clients for attorney review.
- Calendar statutes of limitations, disclosure deadlines, discovery cutoffs, and hearing dates. Nothing slips.
- In litigation: draft pleadings, discovery, disclosures, and motions; organize exhibits; prepare clients and witnesses; support depositions, mediations, and trial.
- Track medical liens, health insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, and AHCCCS issues, and flag reductions early.




- Enter and maintain complete file notes in the case-management system the same day the work is done.
- Coordinate with case managers, the settlement team, and intake so files move without gaps.
- Handle confidential client information under firm policy and ethical rules. All client communication is confidential.

What You Bring

- 2+ years as a paralegal, preferrably covering both pre-litigation and litigation. Strong pre-litigation candidates with some litigation exposure will be considered.
- Working knowledge of personal injury practice, including disclosure, discovery, and statute of limitations issues will be prioritized.
- Proven experience with medical records, billing, liens, and settlement demands.
- Clear written and spoken English. We also serve Spanish speaking clients.
- High attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and comfort with a busy docket.
- Proficiency with case-management software (CASEpeer, Filevine, Needles. Clio, or similar), Microsoft 365, and Adobe. We provide training to help you use our systems.

How We Work Expect attorney oversight on legal strategy and client advice. Paralegals do not give legal advice. The standard is accurate files, fast client updates, frequent client communication and work product an attorney can send with light editing.

Compensation range is based on experience and fit. Payments are wired two (2) times a month. Once a full caseload is achieved and productivity demonstrated, eligible team members can become bonus eligible.
