$ 3.200.000,00 (Mensual) Contrato a término indefinido Tiempo Completo As a Junior Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving B2B sales success and building strong relationships with new clients. Your main objective is to support the sales team in attracting new customers by providing an exceptional customer experience, facilitating sales processes, satisfaction and success with our technology solutions.

You have: At least 1 years of experience in B2C Sales Language skills: Spanish English B2 (intermediate-advance). A proven track record of success in attracting new customers, with experience in cold calling Strong interpersonal, listening, and transformation skills to connect with and add value to a wide range of customers. An outgoing and confident demeanor, especially in external sales environments Experience working with CRM systems. An analytical mindset, with a motivated and entrepreneurial attitude focused on achieving personal and team goals. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing, and constantly changing environment. Demonstrable skills in organized project management and prioritization. Willingness to learn, open to feedback, and able to iterate on sales pitches and positioning as needed.

Your responsibilities: Participate in consultative sales of solutions in the B2B environment for technology products. Make daily phone calls and send emails, establish good relationships with decision-makers, and effectively assess customer needs. Explain products and technical solutions, highlighting their value propositions to business customers of various sizes and from various sectors. Develop and lead prospecting campaigns,



taking them from idea generation to initial presentation and process qualification. Manage customer sales renewal processes, identify additional and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure that agreements are closed before contract expiration. Contribute to team projects aimed at refining the sales process and codifying best practices for interactions with potential customers. Educate customers about digital products and cloud solutions, ensuring they maximize their use and satisfaction with our offerings. Support regional leaders and the partner community through training, materials, and ongoing support to maximize retention and upgrade executions. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve technical issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Maintain organized records within our CRM system, focusing on sales channel management, time management, and prioritization.
