1️⃣ B2 English level or higher (interview process and daily work are 100% in English).
2️⃣ Must reside in Colombia and have legal permission to work in the country.
3️⃣ Professional experience 5+ years in software engineering, specially building RESTful and event-driven applications with Java and Springboot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Actively participate in the development of new projects and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure system quality, availability, and monitoring across environments.
- Proficiency (5+ years) Java + Spring Framework, REST APIs.
- Experience with Kafka (or other messaging queue tools).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services like DynamoDB, Lambda, ElastiCache (Redis),
etc., or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Monitoring tools like New Relic or SCOM (plus).
- Experience working in distributed infrastructure environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
