We are looking for an experienced Intake & Pre-Litigation Coordinator to join our growing Personal Injury team. If you have experience working with U.S. law firms, enjoy client interaction, and can effectively manage insurance claims and case intake processes, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Handle intake calls and gather case-related information.
- Open and manage insurance claims.
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and adjusters.
- Prepare and send Letters of Representation (LORs).
- Track demand packages and maintain accurate case records.
- Support attorneys and case managers throughout the pre-litigation process.

Requirements

✅ 1-2 years of experience in Intake, Case Management, or a similar legal support role with a U.S. law firm.

✅ Personal Injury (PI) experience is required.

✅ Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

✅ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Filevine experience is highly preferred.
