? Legal Intake Specialist | Bogotá (Onsite) | Advanced English Required

Foremark Legal is looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients across the U.S. legal market. If you're customer-focused, empathetic, and experienced in intake, qualification, and client support, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

✅ Conduct intake interviews and evaluate potential legal claims

✅ Gather and document critical case information

✅ Guide clients through the onboarding process

✅ Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records

✅ Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience

What we're looking for:

✔ 2+ years of experience in Legal Intake, Client Intake, Case Evaluation, or a similar client-facing legal role

✔ Experience supporting U.S.-based clients and legal processes

✔ Advanced English (C1-C2) required; Spanish is a plus

✔ Strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
