We're looking for a hands-on Influencer & Partnership Manager to find the right creators for each need, manage UGC and collaborative ads, and run the day-to-day operations of our creator program. This person will scout with a clear goal in mind, work closely with our ad agency to turn top-performing creators into long-term partners, and support our affiliate program. Strong relationship and negotiation skills with US-based creators are essential.

This is an execution-focused role, backed by a clear strategy to grow the program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Scouting and Outreach

Scout creators and influencers with a defined goal for each search: UGC content, collaborative ads, or affiliate partnerships. Find creators who fit a premium, craft-focused brand, maintain a creator database, and handle outreach and onboarding.

UGC and Content

Manage everything between a content request and delivery: briefs, scripts, brand guidelines, timelines, and revisions. Receive raw content, check it against the brief, and hand it off to the in-house team for editing.

Collaborative Ads

Work with our ad agency to identify top-performing creators and bring them into collaborative ads. Negotiate these partnerships, manage content licensing and whitelisting, and coordinate posts published on both the brand's and the creator's accounts.

Program Operations

Plan and manage product seeding for creators, affiliates, and publishers. Manage campaigns and partners on platforms like ShopMy, Trend.io, Minisocial, and #paid. Create and manage creator agreements, including usage rights, and review creator invoices. Manage the creator budget and keep the media archive organized and up to date.

Affiliate Program

Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners, onboard new affiliates with strong brand alignment, and review conversions and approve commissions monthly.

Measurement and Reporting

Track creator and affiliate performance, including revenue and ROI.



Track how creator content performs in ads and share regular insights with the Head of Growth.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Influencer manager at a DTC or lifestyle brand.
- Talent or account manager at an influencer agency working with US clients.
- Account manager at a UGC or creator platform (e.g., Billo, Minisocial, Join Brands).
- Partnerships manager with hands-on experience working with creators.

Above all, you enjoy doing the work yourself: finding creators, closing deals, and following through until the content is live.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of experience in UGC and influencer marketing.
- Proven track record building and growing UGC and influencer marketing programs.
- Experience negotiating with US-based creators on limited budgets (product, commission, usage rights).
- Experience writing creative briefs and scripts, and managing creators from request to content delivery.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple partners and campaigns at once.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Experience with Refersion, ShopMy, LTK, Impact, Minisocial, Billo, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with whitelisting, paid social, Shopify, or Triple Whale is a plus.
