Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong experience in salary negotiations and compensation management.
- Hands-on experience managing employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration.
- Excellent understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS, HRMS, payroll, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
