You will set vision, drive OpEx, and deliver best-in-class client outcomes by transforming claims processes with automation, data, and analytics, while coordinating with Claims Advocacy and Solutions teams. You will champion inclusion and lead change across borders, ensuring performance KPIs are met and a customer-centric culture thrives.
