The Global Solution Director is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and leading scalable, standardized solutions that support integral business growth and operational excellence. This position brings together strategic thinking, people leadership, and disciplined execution to design operating models, guide implementation, and continuously improve service delivery across regions and functions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, high-performing solutions, while building strong teams, driving consistency, and ensuring that ways of working are aligned, efficient, and sustainable.

- Monitor business and operational performance through appropriate measures, using insight to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and support informed decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on complex delivery, organizational, or transformation challenges, bringing a balanced perspective on strategy, people, process, and execution.
