?Global Human Resources Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Global Human Resources Operations Coordinator to join our HR Operations team and help drive consistent, efficient, and scalable people processes across our global organization.

? What you’ll do

As part of the Global HR Operations team, you will support the employee lifecycle and help ensure our HR processes are accurate, compliant, efficient, and consistent across regions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate onboarding, transfers, job changes, and offboarding across multiple countries.
- Support right-to-work checks, background checks, and new-starter setup in partnership with IT, Finance, and Facilities.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters, employment verification letters, job change and leaver letters, and visa support documentation.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready employee records across our HR systems.
- Review HR data, identify discrepancies, and ensure information remains accurate and compliant.
- Support payroll changes, HR–payroll reconciliation, compensation, and benefits processes.
- Help maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and HR knowledge resources.
- Support employee relations processes and prepare related documentation.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and dashboards, turning data into actionable insights.




- Support general HR projects, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with HR Systems and external vendors on technology initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and scale HR processes.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR questions, ensuring a consistent and timely experience.

? What we're looking for

- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources Operations, ideally within a multi-country or global organization.
- Experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and employee data management.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups and Pivot Tables.
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive employee information.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience supporting change management, projects, or process improvement.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Interest in technology, automation, and continuous improvement.
