We are looking for an Intellectual Property Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for the Intellectual Property team, ensuring timely follow-up of notifications, deadlines, and filings before intellectual property authorities such as the Colombian Patent and Trademark Office (SIC), while maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, assistant, or operational support roles.

- Previous experience in law firms, intellectual property practices, or document management is a plus.

- Intermediate English proficiency (required).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

- Coordinate procedures with couriers and external service providers.

- Communicate with clients regarding information requests, updates, and ongoing matters.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and compliance with established deadlines.
