You will split time between running HoopStars and building the parent Community Sports Partners' marketing team across brands, with LATAM remote work and potential future relocation to US/Canada. You will own budgets, performance and the customer experience, with a focus on paid acquisition, conversion and retention to drive growth and profitability.
