Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Franchise Business Consultant. The successful candidate will be required to work within the standard Americas time zone to support and cover business operations across the region.

The Franchise Business Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of franchise centres, providing management consultancy and support to franchisees, and helping to ensure profitability through effective business planning and P&L; management.





Qualifications

- Business planning and operations management skills
- Experience or knowledge in franchising
- Experience in P&L; management
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong coordination skills
- Experience in outbound sales calls
- Good presentation skills, with the ability to present professionally to clients in English
- Good IT skills, including MS Excel, WordPress, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Word and Canva
- Management consultancy experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the education or language industry would be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
