Our client is looking for an organized and proactive Junior Operations Analyst to support day-to-day workflows, project coordination, and communication in a fast-paced construction technology environment.

Salary: Up to USD 1,100 monthly based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate operational workflows, tasks, and project deliverables.
- Review information and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with internal teams and third parties via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, trackers, and project updates.
- Support handoffs, documentation, presentations, and other operational needs.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and opportunities to improve efficiency.





Qualifications

- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using project management tools, technology, and AI tools.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent.
