? We’re Hiring: Driver Recruiter | Bilingual (B2–C1 English)

We’re looking for a highly driven Driver Recruiter to support the growth of our U.S.-based clients. This role is idóneo for energetic professionals who enjoy working with people, thrive in high-activity environments, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing:

- Manage driver recruiting pipelines for U.S. trucking clients
- Contact, qualify, and engage driver leads via phone
- Conduct structured phone interviews and overcome objections
- Drive consistent follow-ups and candidate conversions
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records
- Collaborate with client teams to meet hiring targets

? What We’re Looking For:

English Level: B2 minimum, C1 preferred

Experience:

- Background in sales, call center, or high-volume phone roles strongly preferred
- Recruiting experience is valuable but not required
- Trucking industry exposure is a plus





Location Requirement: Must live in Bogotá and be available for occasional on-site work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10 AM – 7 PM
