We are looking for a hands-on digital marketing specialist based in Medellín to work directly alongside our founder for at least 20 hours per week.

This is an in-person position—not a remote role. You must be comfortable communicating and working in English at a B2/C1 level.

What you will do:

- Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Improve SEO, including on-page optimization and basic technical SEO.
- Publish and manage website content, blog posts, and landing pages.




- Manage social media content and posting schedules.
- Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles.
- Create graphics using Canva or similar tools.
- Edit short videos and reels.
- Track results and recommend practical improvements.

What we are looking for:

- Demonstrated experience with WordPress and digital marketing.
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Ability to create professional graphics and edit short videos.
- Good organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Confidence working independently while collaborating closely in person.
- Availability to work alongside us in Medellín for at least 20 hours per week.

Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and AI-assisted content tools is a plus.
