As a Customer Service Representative , you will assist guests and owners with reservation needs, vacation planning, booking support, and customer inquiries while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
✨ Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle inbound and outbound reservation calls professionally and courteously.
✅ Assist guests and owners with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations.
✅ Research resort, room, and date availability using reservation systems.
✅ Explain accommodations, amenities, policies, fees, and reservation terms.
✅ Recommend alternative dates, resorts, or accommodations when preferred options are unavailable.
✅ Process payments and reservation-related fees.
✅ Accurately document reservations and customer interactions.
✅ Promote applicable products and services, including travel protection, loyalty programs, upgrades, and other reservation-related offerings.
✅ Collaborate with supervisors and support teams to resolve reservation issues and deliver a positive guest experience.
? Requirements
✔️ Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
✔️ English proficiency at C1 level.
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Intermediate computer skills.
✔️ Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Contact Center environment.
✔️ Organized, patient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while working under pressure.
