Scalable Sales Solutions helps clients strengthen and scale their sales operations. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, remote Consulting Virtual Assistant to support client engagements with accurate analysis, polished business communications, and dependable documentation.

Job Responsibilities

- Build and maintain advanced Excel models, reports, and client-ready analyses.
- Model compensation plans and organize assumptions, calculations, and findings for review.
- Draft and edit client-facing business communications with clarity and professionalism.
- Create and maintain Microsoft Word playbooks, process guides, and project documentation.
- Develop polished PowerPoint presentations that communicate recommendations and results.
- Use AI-assisted tools to draft and review content, verifying accuracy, tone, and completeness before delivery.





Required Qualifications

- Strong client-facing business writing and editing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and experience producing structured documentation.
- Ability to model compensation plans accurately and explain underlying assumptions from our direction and templates.
- PowerPoint presentation development skills and sound judgment when using AI-assisted drafting and quality review.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting consultants, sales teams, or client-facing business projects.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
