OWOW is making its first hire in Latin America and is looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish) professional to help build our presence in the region. This is a versatile role spanning partnerships, business development, and people coordination, idóneo for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure and the chance to grow with the team. We welcome applications from experienced associates as well as recent graduates and interns.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential partners, clients, and business opportunities across Latin America
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders in the region
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication between external contacts and the internal team
- Support recruitment and people coordination when needed, such as sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews
- Track outreach, pipeline, and progress in shared tools or reports




- Share regional market insights to support growth plans

Requirements

- Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Based in Colombia or another Latin American country
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours

Nice to Have

- Experience or internships in partnerships, business development, sales, HR, or recruitment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, or applicant tracking systems
- Degree or ongoing studies in business, international relations, HR, marketing, or a related field
