Production Artist (Communications Support)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist to support our Communications team by creating, updating, and maintaining high-quality marketing materials for print and digital use.

Key Responsibilities

- Update and reformat brochures, product guides, data sheets, and marketing collateral using approved brand templates.
- Prepare print-ready and digital files while ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand compliance.
- Manage file organization, asset libraries, and version control.
- Create co-branded materials and custom designs when needed.
- Design professional PowerPoint presentations and visual content.
- Resize and adapt advertising materials for local market needs.
- Coordinate approvals and collaborate with marketing, communications, and agency partners.
- Deliver projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

- English B2 or Higher
- Expert Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign.




- Proven ability to work strictly within established templates and brand style guides.
- Strong understanding of print production processes, including color management, file formats, resolution, and pre-press requirements.
- Solid experience with image manipulation, optimization, and upgrading assets using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, professional graphics and slides in Microsoft PowerPoint quickly.
- Excellent organizational and file management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred: Experience supporting marketing, communications, or creative services teams.
