Are you experienced in PEO, Employee Benefits, Health Insurance, Payroll, or HR Administration and looking for your next career opportunity?

We're seeking a Benefits Broker Account Associate to support a leading employee benefits organization in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

✅ What you'll do: ? Support employee benefits account management

? Review and validate client data and documentation

? Follow up on missing information with brokers

? Assist with renewals and benefits administration

? Manage reports, spreadsheets, and operational processes

? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy

? What we're looking for: ✔ Experience within a PEO environment (Required)





✔ Background in Employee Benefits, Health Insurance, Payroll, or HR Operations

✔ Strong organizational and communication skills

✔ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Data Analysis)

✔ Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
